At Karina M Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products and requesting refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

All artworks are handmade and unique. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or production errors.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork with photos documenting the issue.

 

2. Return Process

1. Contact us at info@karinamstudio.com with your order number and photos of the item.

2. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the artwork.

3. Do not ship the artwork before receiving return approval.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item was damaged or defective.

4. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Ensure that the artwork is packaged securely to prevent further damage during return shipping.

5. Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our artworks, exchanges are generally not available.

If an item is defective, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.

6. Exceptions

Custom commissions or made-to-order artworks are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

Prints or reproductions may have separate return policies indicated on the product page.
